In order to continue to offer discounted mailing rates, the USPS is requiring that all FIRST CLASS & NON-PROFIT MAIL lists meet their updated 'Move Update Requirements'. Essentially, these new requirements mandate that your first class mail list(s) be updated within 95 days of your mail date.
We are providing 3 options for Indexx customers concerning first class mailings:
1. MY LIST HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED, PLEASE ADD "OR CURRENT RESIDENT"
By adding “or current resident” to the recipient line, you automatically meet the USPS requirements. When choosing this option, mail will be delivered to the address and not the addressee. If sending personal information this may not be the best option. No forms are required. No additional cost.

2. MY LIST HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED, PLEASE UPDATE MY LIST FOR ME
Step 1: For a nominal fee, Indexx offers the service to match the addresses in your list against the USPS list of registered moves (NCOALink® Processing) and provides a report of your address changes along with the updated mail list after all changes have been made.
Step 2: A NCOALink® Processing Acknowledgement form (PAF) must be filled out and signed by the list owner (and broker if applicable). We cannot mail your job until we have the signed form on file. You may send the form via fax to 864.234.7287.

3. MY LIST HAS BEEN UPDATED WITHIN THE PAST 95 DAYS
Step 1: If you state (as the list owner) that your list is compliant with the USPS Move Update Requirements, there will be no additional fees from Indexx to process your mailing.
Step 2: A Certification of Move Update Compliance form must be filled out and signed by the list owner. We cannot mail your job until we have the signed form on file. You may send the form via fax to 864.234.7287. |
