On March 3, 2011, Greenville's INDEXX, Inc. received 22 PICA Awards, the most won by a single printer in the Upstate area, at the 44th Annual PICA (Printing Industry of the Carolinas, Inc.) Awards Banquet. INDEXX won the sponsored award for "Most Creative Use of Paper", in addition to 5 Best of Category Awards, 8 Special Judges Awards and 8 Awards of Excellence. The PICA Awards program is open to all printers in the Carolinas. This annual event allows printers to compete in both print quality and/or unique printing techniques.
